We cover a lifetime warranty valid from the date of purchase.
WHAT’S A WARRANTY CERTIFICATE?
That’s the awesome card included in the box along with your purchase.
Please retain this card as proof of purchase.
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will process a one-for-one exchange totally free of charge. However, only original, unaltered and unmodified products purchased from our online store are exchangeable.
HOW ABOUT THE LIMITATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS?
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care,
negligence and wear & tear*.
*Wear & tear refers to natural damage of colours and materials inevitably
caused by prolonged use.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY REPAIR AFTER SUBMITTING THE CLAIM FORM?
Once we have received your warranty information, you’ll receive an update on the status of your exchange via email with further guidance on the return shipping procedure.
WHO PAYS FOR THE SHIPPING?
Similar to our exchange policy, return shipping charges will be borne by you but we’ll take care of the delivery charges of sending the new product to you.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT RUNS OUT OF STOCK?
If an item is out of stock, we will refund the full product price to you.
