For Singapore customers, you will receive your parcel in 1-3 working days.
For international orders, shipping duration will be dependent on your destination.

CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
Of course! A tracking number will be sent to you via email after we have shipped and processed your order. You can then track your parcel here.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
Rest assured, an order confirmation email will be sent to you after we have packed and processed your order. The confirmation email will include your parcel’s tracking number and the tracking URL.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
For Singapore customers, all registered delivery will be at S$5.
*Spend S$100 and above for free parcel delivery!

WHAT ARE MY OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Alternatively, we also provide a local pick-up option at the check out page if you would like to have your parcel delivered for free.
Once we have packed and processed your parcel, an SMS will be sent to you to inform you that your parcel is ready for collection. Your parcel must be collected within 7 days from the time you receive your SMS notification.
